About image
The year 1965 was the birth of a Catholic school in the heart of the Municipality of Liloan. Having felt the need of a Catholic High School in an upcoming progressive town as Liloan, the Archbishop of Cebu, Julio Cardinal Rosales founded Holy Child School in honor of the Holy Child Jesus, the Señor Santo Niño. Since then, Holy Child School keeps on improving and continues its quality service to Liloan community.

Academic Year 2006-2007 marked another milestone for Holy Child School as it took the challenge to open the college level. With the permit from the Commission of Higher Education (CHED), the name Holy Child School was changed to La Consolacion College-Liloan (LCC-L) to be one with the other La Consolacion College schools throughout the country run by the Augustinian Sisters of Our Lady of Consolation (ASOLC). Likewise, La Consolacion College-Liloan was given a go signal to offer Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd) and Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd) courses. True to its commitments, LCC-L maintains its mission of giving the best service to answering the needs of its clienteles for their life-long formation.

Now that our routines are changing as our lives are lifted by the changes brought by COVID-19, La Consolacion College, Liloan is doing its best to adapt to the new normal with its steadfast commitment to quality education. It is now ready to take the new challenges in the educational system.
